How do I cancel my membership?
Using the steps from above, you will be able to view and manage your membership.
How do I enrol onto courses?
The courses that are exclusives to the membership are held on a third party website, Teachable. This is because when creating the content and the members area, we realised that the functionality of Teachable worked well for courses. It allowed us to break the courses down into modules which we thought would work better for users, allowing you to complete a module and then revisit the content later. It also allows you to track your progress too.
To start one of the exclusive courses, you need to enrol in the Greene Creatives school on Teachable, you can do this here. You will then be asked to create an account for Teachable using your email address. Once you’ve signed you will be sent an email where you need to confirm your email address, and another email where you will have access to the course.
If you have any issues with this please email us at hello@greenecreatives.co.uk
If I can’t make a live workshop, is there a replay?
Yes, all workshops will be recorded and uploaded to the content bank for you to catch up. If you go to the content bank you will see “Workshop Replays”, if you click into this you will be able to see the workshops listed in date order.
If I have a question, who do I contact?
We understand that questions may come up and we absolutely want to help as much as possible. Please send any questions to hello@greenecreatives.co.uk.
Do I need to have Facebook?
To be part of the membership, Facebook is not a requirement. However, this is where a lot of the accountability, support and community factors will take place so if you are interested in this part then we would recommend having a Facebook account to join the group.
