The Problem

Prior to working with us Jolene struggled to stay consistent with her social media marketing. Her brand and product are amazing but being a solo entrepreneur meant she would spend a lot of time designing and making, rather than getting her product out there. She also felt like she needed the accountability and support that comes from working with us.

Since working together JoAMI’s Instagram reach has increased by 122%.

The traffic to the website is up by 45% compared to last year and 30% of this traffic came from Instagram. Instagram is the 2nd best source of traffic to the website.

Instagram also contributed to 23% of the website’s revenue, which is also the 2nd best source of sales on the website.

The Goal

We set a few goals when we started working together. These included:

  • Creating a strategy to stay consistent with online posting

  • Optimise profiles to ensure business products/services are clear to potential customers

  • Create a clear content strategy to get across the products and services on offer, plus Jolene as the founder

  • Increase reach and exposure to a new audience and try to encourage more sales

  • Create a launch strategy for new summer products

Since taking over Jolene’s social media management this summer, we’ve seen her brand go from strength to strength.
