The Problem
We have worked with Kay for over 4 years now, when we first started working together Kay struggled with stay consistent on social media, whilst also juggling the day to day of her business.
Kay has great ideas and we help her bring them to life, but also help her with structure, strategy and more importantly accountability to get things done.
The Results
This week we launched her November and December diary, her busiest time of year, and as of Wednesday she had SEVEN appointments left in December !!!
The Goal
Our goal for managing Kay’s account is to keep her diary busy with her salon treatments and bookings for her wedding make up.
We have a refined system where Kay launches her diary to her subscribed clients first and then we launch it on social media. When we are not launching her diary openings we are promoting her treatments and her salon experience to create demand. We always encourage people to sign up to get first access to her diar
